Requirements

Requirements applicants for the vacant post of municipal service of the head of the Department:

the
• availability of higher professional education (specialist housing);
the
• at least 4 years of experience of municipal service (public service of other types) or at least 5 years of work experience in the specialty;

For the performance of their duties the head of Department should have:

the
• knowledge and skills to apply in practice the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal and regional legislation, other normative legal acts in the sphere of municipal services of housing and communal services.
the
• drawing skills reporting documentation, documentation support, analytical work, proficiency in office equipment and confident user of PC: MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), systems "Consultant plus", "Garant".

Responsibilities

the
• coordinate the activities of the Department and organizations providing residents of the settlement with communication services, electricity, heat, water, wastewater and transportation services;
the
• to exercise control over the implementation of the municipal order in the field of landscaping, municipal services, transport, roads and communications;
the
• to exercise control over the organization of work on collection and removal of household waste on the territory of the settlement.

Requirements

• the presence of high professional  or middle professional  education ("State and municipal management", "Management", "Jurisprudence", "Economics", "personnel Management", "Psychology", "Pedagogical education", "Psychological and pedagogical education", "Sociology", "Social work", "Organization of work with youth", "Philology"), without requirements of experience;

the

• knowledge of the Constitution the Russian Federation, Family code of the Russian Federation, Criminal code of the Russian Federation code of administrative offences, law on anti-corruption, sectoral legislation;

the

• confident user  PC;

the

• skills proficiency office office equipment;

the

• skills work with office software;

the

• skills self-organization, the organization of collective interaction, organizing, controlling, analysis, emotional stability.

• the possession of professional knowledge in all work types with media, programming skills in journalistic texts, writing news items, skills, photos and video; social networks.

• knowledge of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal and Republican laws on local self-government and municipal service, bases of the civil legislation on the procedure of consideration of addresses of citizens, other normative acts regulating the corresponding sphere of activities of the Department;

the

• computer skills at advanced user level, and other means of modern communications.

• the availability of professional knowledge, including knowledge of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, Federal law "On General  principles of organization of local self-government in the Russian Federation", the town planning code of the Russian Federation, Land code of the Russian Federation, Housing code of the Russian Federation, Federal law "On organization of rendering state and municipal services", the Federal    law    "municipal  service in  Russian  Federation", the rules of internal labor regulations; the order of the service information; the main office; rules of a labour safety and fire safety;

• the availability of professional skills necessary for work in the field appropriate to the direction of the structural unit, carry out expert examination of drafts of regulatory legal acts, compliance set by the management tasks of effective planning of working hours, analysis and forecasting activities in the assigned sector, using the experience and opinions of colleagues, the use of modern office equipment and software, preparation of business correspondence.
